If you have an existing Group booking, the lead passenger can make payments and change details online at Manage My Booking. If you have a different question, change or request, you can call our Pre Travel Services Team on 0800 056 3415.

The quickest and easiest way to make changes to your upcoming holiday is by using Manage My Booking online. Simply log-in to Manage My Booking and you’ll be able to:

  • Make a payment
    Pay as and when you like up to 1 week before departure.
  • Online check-in information
    You may be able to check-in for your flight online up to 28 days before departure. Find out more information by logging in and viewing your ‘Flight Tickets‘.
  • Add holiday essentials
    Don’t forget to book your holiday essentials such as airport parking and ordering your currency.
  • View holidays documents
    Directly access your holiday documents from the moment your booking is confirmed. You can print, download or simply view them again once you’ve logged in.
  • Cancel your booking
    If you have only paid your deposit, you can cancel your booking online.

Feedback & Complaints

We’re always looking for ways to make Kosmar Holidays better in any way we can and at the same time, we’re continually seeking praise for the amazing things our people do to make sure your holiday goes to plan.

If you would like to provide feedback to us or make a complaint, please send us an email to kosmarcares@kosmarholidays.co.uk, please remember to include your booking reference if you have one.

If you are making a complaint, we’ll provide you with acknowledgement email within 48 hours. We’ll then investigate your complaint thoroughly to find out how things went wrong. This usually is completed within 28 days, but sometimes, because of the many different suppliers we use, we may have to extend this up to 56 days – in which case, we’ll send you an email informing you of this and the reason why.
